We selected this location because of the wonderful history of this building.
From 1936 to 1968 it was Brown Chevrolet. (If only these old walls could talk) Our brewery actually sits where their outdoor courtyard/break room was.
Mike and I were close friend me of the late Mr. Robert Gamble (aka Gub) who used to work here as a mechanic when he was young man. Gub passed away at the age of 94 a few years back. He lived in Ramona since he was three, he had seen Ramona grow and change throughout the years. He shared a lot of his stories of the “good ol day’s” with us so it’s pretty unique that we now have a brewery on this old dealership property where he probably took his breaks.
